WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM NOAH'S PLACE

Our Mission Statement:

The mission of our Hospital is to fulfill the needs of our clients by providing quality pet health care services through a responsive, professional staff with the emphasis on individual attention and commitment to our clients and their pets.

WE WILL NEVER BE THE REASON ANY PET DOES NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE BEST VETERINARY MEDICAL CARE. WE WILL NEVER ASSUME THE CLIENT IS AWARE OF ALL THE SERVICES THE PET NEEDS AND/OR WE CAN PROVIDE.

We will allow the client to decide what level of medical health care they wish and can afford to provide for their pets. It is our obligation to offer all clients the best health care available and then follow their requests for services.

Our Core Values:

EXCELLENCE
We only accept our personal and professional best for our patients, our clients and one another.

TEAMWORK
Our common goal is to create a cooperative environment of mutual respect, communication and consideration resulting in a sense of community and shared responsibility.

COMPASSION
It is with a gentle hand and an empathetic heart that we provide the best care for every patient as if they were our own.

INTEGRITY
Our personal responsibility is to be honest and consistent in our daily practices to cultivate trust and loyalty.

EDUCATION
We take great pride in providing our staff and clients with knowledge and resources to strengthen the human-animal bond.

A Routine Office Visit Consists of the Following:

A warm and friendly welcome awaits our patients and their owners as they are greeted and checked in to the hospital.

When you arrive, you will be greeted and checked in by a receptionist. Then one of our nurses will escort you to a quiet, cheerful exam room. After the exam room  nurse escorts you into this area, we will obtain an accurate weight, temperature and obtain history of the patient. We will also perform a preliminary examination, where any specific problems may be discussed.

Next, your pet will next be  examined by a Doctor, who will perform a physical examination and consultation by reviewing the history and asking any additional questions, if needed. Any minor treatment and/or medication may be administered at this time. The doctor will then discuss any further diagnostics, treatment  or medication that may be necessary. A treatment plan will be prepared and discussed with you at that time. At the completion of the examination, any necessary prescriptions are obtained by the nurse and their use is explained to you. You will then be escorted back to the reception area for the completion of any necessary paperwork.

Most of the laboratory samples that are collected for analysis are processed on premise. These include blood, urine, fecal, heartworm  tests, feline leukemia tests and others. With technologically advanced laboratory equipment available, a pre-Anesthetic blood sample may be analyzed and results reported in less than 20 minutes. During emergency situations, this speed saves lives!

Whether your office visit is routine (vaccinations, etc.) or whether your pet is sick or injured, we will always provide a written treatment plan before we proceed.

Remember, we DIAGNOSE before we treat!!
