information is provided by: If you are unable to evacuate with your pet and are not able to board your pet at a veterinary or boarding facility, these two shelters should be considered as a last resort. Here are TWO pet friendly shelters: •
The Old Palm Harbor Main Street The capacity of this shelter is 75 people and 75 pets (cats and dogs)
• The
Judicial Building The capacity of this shelter is 400 people and 400 animals (dogs and cats) Entry to the shelters will be granted by priority order: mobile homes, followed by evacuation zones A, B, C (in that order). A county license is also a prerequisite for use of these shelters. You may pre-register by accessing forms on line at: http:/www.pinellascounty.org/animalservices/Registration_Red_Cross.pdf Or you can call 582-2150 and leave your mailing address to have a registration form mailed to you.
