Client Care Specialist

Information
Technology - Network Administrator
Individual selected must be
detailed,
self-motivated, multitasked,
and proactive with
strong troubleshooting skills. Should be enthusiastic with a willingness
to tackle new areas (outside of comfort zone) and learn new things.
Individual selected must have good customer relations. Individual must
also have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as have
the ability
to effectively mange time and project costs.
Duties include by varying degrees:
Day to day technical maintenance and troubleshooting of local area
network, servers and computers. Extensive research and development of
new products and solutions. Responsible for creating company IT policy
and procedures and enforcing those policies.
Ideal candidate should have experience in the following:
Ø
Extensive
experience working with and managing Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft
Exchange Server 2003/2007, & Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
Ø
Extensive
experience managing Active Directory and Group Policies.
Ø
Experience managing Terminal Services (Configuration & Security).
Ø
Experience managing daily backups. (Symantec Backup Exec a plus).
Ø
Experience managing IIS, DNS, DHCP and SharePoint services.
Ø
Experience managing other IT infrastructures, including various
firewalls, routers, switches, servers, desktop hardware, software, and
printers.
Ø
Experience with Microsoft Office 2003/2007 suite.
Ø
Experience with website development, management & hosting.
Ø
Experience with wireless networking setup, configuration & management.
Ø
Proficient in providing documentation, technical writing.
Ø
Familiarity with video surveillance and/or door access control systems a
plus!
Experience / Educational Requirements:
Candidate must have minimum 5 years work experience using most of above
listed skills. Ideally candidate will have MCSE or MCSA, and/or any
combination of CompTIA Net+, CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA A+ along with
related work experience.
